I tried that and still no joy even worse, I got loads of superscript chars and things and more jaws being really sluggish and crappy. But there must be a way to get this working. I got jaws for something that never happened. I use it for sites that make hal crash and kill my system. However thats that. I like running dos and windows stuff on one system, I can view my hints and I don't have to worry about some stuff. The problem with slimware windowbridge on my older pentium pro box is I can't get a peep out of windowbridge when in tads or agt games even with tpatch running. Only inform and standard games. Pluss I lost the powercable to my external synth not that it matters. Stupid pentium pro celeron boxes. At 08:53 AM 7/25/2006, you wrote:

Chris, you can read the dos windows by routing the >Jaws Cursor to the PC cursor, but I tried a game today where it didn't work >well, because the text seemed to be in bars, what I mean is, JFW read the >lines like this: >|| Welcome to Gymad|| >||Written by || >I can't play games like this, I really wish I knew how to turn this option >off. >Ari > > >_______________________________________________ >Gamers mailing list ..
