As far as I know, James is still working on a game development system and is 
going to have Max completed which will act as a demonstration of what this 
development system can do. Of course, that news is fairly old now. Given the 
grief he's taken for being so public about things, I wouldn't be surprised 
if he hasn't updated his web site. We likely won't hear a thing from him 
until Max or this system is completely ready. There's also a ton of other 
responsibilities and things happening in his life. The whole fiasco has 
doubtless almost completely destroyed his motivation for producing 
accessible games. Progress will therefore likely be quite slow.
