Here's the history in a nut shell:  Not only did James North work for ESP 
Softworks, but he! was! ESP Softworks.  He sold his games to Adora 
Entertainment, where Josh de Lioncourt was employed.  Now, those games are 
owned by, and found at

where Josh is continuing game development.
