Hi Cara,
Like allot of us Liam is using InnoSetup.  I recently switched to it for 
Montezuma's Revenge Alpha 2 and STFC 1.0. It is a nice installation tool.
To the best of my knolege Liam is still using VB 6.0 for his games.
