Hi Christina, No, not really. As I've stated before I have a standard set of six sided dice with braille labels on them and it doesn't effect rolling them. The braille labels doesn't really add much weight to each side of the dice in question. Certainly not enough to counter act the force of a decent roll onto a game board or table.
