Myself I'm in favour of just a download, but some folks might like to have a "backup" version.
2 This basically relates to the previous question but with a good connection 300 is easy enough.
3. I'd say txt or html for the ability to quickly find particular points like key commands, scoring and such.
4. Cheat codes, I'd rather unlock them through gameplay. Other folks might want them from the beginning so I'd say offer it as an option.
