On the soundRTS homepage, which you can get to via the audioGames.net page
for it, there are download links for 2 tutorials:
http://jlpo.free.fr/soundrts/
See the first one returns a 404 not found error, but second one does offer
download of an MP3 audio tutorial as such.

I don't know if any walkthroughs, per say, were ever created for those
specific games. If they did exist you would find them at
http://www.audiogames.net
which is basically the central hub for all things audio games for the
blind. :D
