Hopefully, you'll reconsider. A lot of us realize that you've gotta pay the light bill, among others. Game production isn't steady income. Your other job is, and full time is exactly that. Some people don't realize just what it means. Then, you also have a family life. That doesn't leave much time for doing what you like doing in the way of recreation, and then these rotten apples expect you to get them what they want, when they want it, regardless of your prior commitments. If you don't pay the bills, they most certainly will not get games or registration keys, because batteries don't last forever.

I, for one, have found your customer service and your games to be very satisfactory, and if I don't immediately get a key, I know why, but I also know that I will get it. Sometimes, Emails get backed up, too, so you might not find the request for a while. Your mind may also be on other things. You're only human..

I would not mind quitting development at times. As said earlier, it is a labor of love and does not pay the bills. I work full time. If people are that dissatisfied, then maybe it's time to close up shop.

hi Thomas,
While I agree with you in principle, I think there's a lot to be said for the fact that it seems many people don't get replacement keys for games that are computer based, or even keys for new purchases for months or more which was my experience. In fact I kept bugging him on twitter and he kept telling me that he was going to send the key... and it took quite a while for that to happen. Basically what I'm saying is that while it's good to be mindful of the dev's other commitments, it's also good for the devs themselves to be mindful that people are paying real money for these games.
