It's a free sound recorder/editor, although I haven't used it much. I do
know that it is nowhere near as feature packed as Gold Wave, and the editing
features aren't as precise, but keep in mind that it is free and that I have
not had very much experience with it as of yet, so this is from a beginner's
perspective.
