Hi, Not only that, but the GMA policy on key replacements is four standard business days excluding weekends and holidays. Although, I've gotten key replacements on the weekend as well and generally have found David Greenwood pretty responsive in answering his mail.
I might add when you send a key replacement request you should receive an automated email stating your message was received by GMA sales, and you can expect your replacement key in one to four business days. That's more than fair considering the hardware locking system he is using now requires a human to generate new keys. Cheers!
