I got this message from David Greenwood and he said:
In regards to Dave Mehler, he only requested a key yesterday and I state that it can take up to four days. I've sent him his key though. The only thing I can think of is he might have sent another key request a week or so ago. I needed to have my email account reset and I may have lost some mail then. But he didn't mention that he had requested a key previously. If you could pass this on to the list,I'd appreciate it.

Not only that, but the GMA policy on key replacements is four standard
business days excluding weekends and holidays. Although, I've gotten
key replacements on the weekend as well and generally have found David
Greenwood pretty responsive in answering his mail.

I might add when you send a key replacement request you should receive
an automated email stating your message was received by GMA sales, and
you can expect your replacement key in one to four business days.
That's more than fair considering the hardware locking system he is
using now requires a human to generate new keys.

If you did go through the form and send all the info, I imagine it might be

simply that David greenwood is on holiday, how long as it been sinse you
E-mailed them?
