Winfrotz tts is based on a version of winfrotz that is 10 years old, so it's
likely it stilll has some bugs as it's not been updated.
I'd personally recommend just using standard winfrotz (which now even has
the ability to output to sapi by default anyway).

and resources like some ideas for nvda.
