Wayfare is a little different from some muds, sinse it doesn't have the
standard character creation at logon that alter does, so the automated
character setup invipmud doesn't work.
the login page should tell you to request a new character or connect to an
existing one. When you request, you have to request name to create a new
character with that name, eg, I did request dark to create a character
called dark.
You then get E-mailed a password which you have to enter, then to login to
your character you type connect character name, and then your password.
