Hi Leo, In regards to the license key understand it sometimes takes two or three days to get a key for a game you order from GMA. If you haven't received one within a week you should by all means e-mail GMA's sales address. I have ordered a number of games from them and have never had a problem with their service. So it could simply be David is unusually busy or some other logical explanation for the delay.
As far as your spelling, grammar, etc. Its okay. I didn't go through your message carefully, but it looks okay on first glance.
