Motion seconded. GMA has been absolutely outstanding in all regards about sales. I've never had any issues, and have always gotten keys (both original and replacement) well within the timeframe they specify. Keep in mind that right now toc2.0 is
creating a massive email firestorm, so things may be a little delayed.

In regards to the license key understand it sometimes takes two or
three days to get a key for a game you order from GMA. If you haven't
received one within a week you should by all means e-mail GMA's sales
address. I have ordered a number of games from them and have never had
a problem with their service. So it could simply be David is unusually
busy or some other logical explanation for the delay.
As far as your spelling, grammar, etc. Its okay. I didn't go through
your message carefully, but it looks okay on first glance.
