Hi Leo,
In your order for Tank Commander, did you include the user code?
David can't generate a key without one.
This is the 4 digit number spoken at the beginning of the game.
You can also use the built in key replacement function to copy and paste
your information to your clip board then paste it into a message to GMA
sales.
You should also include your father's name and the that you used his card to
order the game.
Right now, David has to manually generate a key for the game so that does
mean that it mite take a few days or longer if he is on vacation.
