Good point, but there are ways to avoid copyright and trademarks.
Namely if all attractions start out with a generic name and there is a
way to edit the profile for each attraction and give it your own name
and have it spoken by Sapi the copyright holders never need know about
it. Chances are they wouldn't know about it unless it was made public
somehow. So being able to edit and change the names of the rides
yourself need not be a big problem with copyrights and trademarks
since it wouldn't officially be a part of the game.
