Hi Thomas, Oh, absolutely. I was simply referring to the previously made suggestion to name them after famous rides straight out of the box. (At least, that's how I read it.) Should Nick decide to include rides like Splash Mountain with the game, I could see the situation possibly becoming a bit dodgey.

Chances are they wouldn't know about it unless it was made public somehow. So being able to edit and change the names of the rides yourself need not be a big problem with copyrights and trademarks since it wouldn't officially be a part of the game.
