Another possibility would be Alter Aeon, which has a really good blind
client over at http://mush-z.com

Alter Aeon is a multiplayer game with magi, swords, dragons, evil
imps, and that sort of thing.  You can group up with others, or just
play solo and chat.  There's a lot of blind players on it.
