Well Whenever I get a new system, I don't always kill uac right away.
Its good for security, and if you have static programs especially the
newer kinds.
Its not good for people like us with old software.

Funny enough, on my one windows 10 test machine, the new version of
narrator can deal with the UAC popup well enough, but, still turned it
