The thing is that ms is getting pushed around by the music industry.
Lets face it all those types are business types, sure the law is clearcut but 
there is probably a translation issue when this crosses to computer code.
What will happen is that noone will like ms vista and other things and ms will 
have to back down.
Its funny that the music industry can push ms around I mean if ms just told 
them to go away they couldn't do much, I mean people have tried and faled to 
sue ms and well.
