Let me see if I've got this right. You're thinking to try and write 
accessible games for the GBA? Interesting idea, but I'm not sure how 
workable it would be. I suppose you'd just have to use an emulator to play 
'em since we don't have access to the cartridges or a means of getting the 
finished product onto them. I supose if you were skilled enough you could 
conceivably develop your own games for an existing console and do it 
legally. Yo probably couldn't get them licensed by Nintendo without rather a 
lot of money, so you probably wouldn't make a whole lot from them but it's 
worth a try.
