Hello Michael. One of the purposes for this list is the discussion of audio games and people's opinions about them, and your opinionns on the subject are extremely welcome as part of this discussion.
However, examining opinions in detail, and the basis for holding them can often be a helpful thing to do, especially when making recommendations about what "should" or "should not be done" As I said in my own reply to your post, I'm actually quite interested in the reasons why you believe remaking old games is not as worthwhile an activity, and any recommendations you might have to devs in the future based on those reasons. Of course, recommendations based on reasons are distinctly different from symple opinions based on likes or dislikes, which are not quite as helpful in discussion. I myself do not personally enjoy, or get along very well in racing or sport games, however this is entirely a matter of personal preference, and I certainly would not make recommendations or judgements based upon them. I hope you'll continue with game discussion in the future, especially sinse opinions that differe from the majority view, when supported by good reasons, can be extremely helpful. all the best, Dark. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Michael Maslo" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "'Gamers Discussion list'" <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, March 23, 2007 12:22 PM Subject: Re: [Audyssey] Montezuma's Revenge News > Hi List: > > Everyone has a right to a opinion.
