Hi Dark,
Um... Sarah is actually a 2D FPS game. It has none of the 3D elements of 
FPS games like Jedi Knight or Tomb Raider.
However, your point is a good one. a side-scroller like Montezuma's 
Revenge or SL would be a nice intro to gaming for the blind, but then 
they could whip out something like Tank Commander or Sarah and then show 
the developers one of our best FPS titles.
Personally, for FPS I would show them Shades of Doom as the navigation 
is a bit easier, and I expect the developers would relate well to a doom 
style game.
