I think we have some of these in new zealand to however not like in the us though. I was lucky to get silent steel. I was lucky to get fs2002 as trying to get it in the usual way I get things I can't buy was really just asking for timeout trouble. Even so, I have not seen any of the sort of used pc stores, maybe its all in town, but its to noisy really for me to go there most of the time.
