I'm quoting from the manual The Hard difficulty setting is for experts that can get through the game quickly, and for those who are too smart for their own good. It has two extra creatures stalking the corridors and one is a real nightmare. Phil, if you think answering this question will spoil the game for me, please say so. Its not my intention to ask for spoilers. AS soon as the new patch is available I'm first going to beat the game on easy and standard and then on hard, but what is this nightmare creature you are talking about?
