Hi everyone, This afternoon I located my game pad, hooked it up, and tried to play Rail Racer with it. I set it as the default control, mapped all the buttons, but am having a serious issue using it. When the race starts I will push the stick all the way forward and the racer accellerates extremely slow. I am talking about only reaching 50 or maybe 60 before the racer hits the first curve. When on the keyboard I can have it doing well over 100 before it hits that same curve on that same track. Leaning seams to work fine as well as the gear up, gear down, jump, etc buttons. Just the speed up and slow down control on the stick seams to fail. Anyone have any suggestions as to what is the matter here? I know the game works fine because I played with it in Shades of Doom 1.2, LW, etc with no issues.
