Hi Charles,
Just to throw some more options into the pot a name like
Montezuma's Return or Moctezuma's Return might be an alternative as 
well. That way it can be based on the original but on the other hand be 
sort of like a sequel kind of thing.
As far as character I am still leaving that one open until I hear back 
from others. Though I don't think I will keep Panama Joe's name because 
it is copyrighted material.
Just for your information I dug up some effects for Angela Summers which 
I had been thinking of using for an add on pack, and to my surprise the 
game actually runs much smoother. The jumps in particular are much more 
responsive and you can escape those pesky skulls, snakes, and spiders 
much easier. At least on easy. On hard/insane they are still difficult 
monsters, but it does give you an added bonus. Kind of like some more 
athletic reflexes or something. Though it is probably just that the 
sounds themselves are smaller and shorter to play than the guy sounds.
