Hi Tom, It just occurred to me that the title Montezuma's Revenge was Atari's attempt to release an Indiana Jones game without having to secure the rights to the name. I do not know if the game came after Raiders of the Lost Arc or Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, but they managed to have a lot of the elements of the movies in the game. As for Harry Potter, a fellow Michigan man is getting into trouble trying to publish the Harry Potter Lexicon. Warner Brothers has hired lawyers to stop him. Hopefully that will keep WB out of my hair.
