Hi Ari, If you go through the walk through file by searching for three plus signs you will not ruin the puzzles. At the end there is a section named, +++ Sarah and the Castle of Witchcraft and Wizardry Lateral Fiction Document This is for those who do not wish to read about Harry Potter yet want to play the game. Some of the things you need to know to play the game is also in the instructions file such as what the time turner is for. This document is available from links in your programs list.
It can also be accessed during game play by having a speech program running and while you are walking around hit control f1 I think it is easier to read as a straight text file with plus signs indicating the different sections. I also have the instruction as a html file read by your browser but I did not update this for the last patch. You can navigate through the html version by hitting your tab key. then arrow down through the section you are interested in.
