Hello, In all my time of scowering the web for any type of management game, this one I just haven't seen. Honestly, I doubt anyone would really go as far as making just a "baby" portion of it. There is Alter Eago, where you play as a character managing childhood all the way up to being in adulthood, but I haven't seen one on managing babies. If there was one, I probably would've played it as a laugh.
