As for your first question I have not decided on any specific pricing 
and licensing fees. More information will be forth coming when I 
amactually ready to sell and license the engine to third-party 
developers.  However, I can say that I don't plan to charge as much as GMA.
As for your second question no programming is required to use Genesis 
3D. It uses a editing tool, something like AGM, where you actually drop 
walls, doors, items, and enemies on a form. You can bring up the objects 
properties to set information such as name, starting location, health, 
hit point damage, sound effects, etc.
