Hi Ryan, Basic 4PPC is based on the Microsoft .NET Framework. The compact framework to be exact. This already ships with newer versions of Windows Mobile and CE. In addition the full .Net Framework, version 3.0, ships with Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008. Anyway, I said all that to make you aware that in the future these technologies are going to be already present on most systems. For Windows XP and older versions of Windows Mobile yes you will have to add in those frameworks but it is a one time install.
