Not off the top of my head, but it sounds like me or someone else should 
run a series of podcasts on these sorts of issues. Vista in many 
respects is like XP, but the new start menu setup, webview style control 
pannel, etc could use some hands on instruction if you are going to keep 
them activated. All of that can be customized back to XP look and feel, 
but my view is blind users should at least know how to use the defaults 
as well in order to communicate with our sighted counterparts.
