Hi,
that isn't too surprising. I have had my own encounters with Lucas Arts, 
and they have an extremely protective view of their copyrights. even 
releasing a game for free is no protection from those guys as they are 
likely to shut down anyone who infringes on their copyrights. 
Especially, if one of those copyrights happens to be Indiana Jones or 
Star wars.
