Yeah, I like others don't think that people realize how much work goes into
making games. I worked on games like Mach 1, golf and Monopoly for over a year
each. Not like 24 7 but still over a years work is allot of man hours of
planning, thinking, coding, finding or recording and editing sound files and
getting it all working together. And that does not even get into all of the
time previously spent learning and practicing how to code games. Even my
simplest game took hours and hours of hard work. I must say that making the
games don't cost me money or much of it anyway as I find or record most of my
sounds. I have bought a few of the cheaper sound effects CDs but not any of
the professional ones. so the games just cost me lots of time and brainal
fluid.
