Hi Damien,
Wow, I m sorry, but I am not sure what to say if you are not running the Total
Recorder program that messes with the sapi5 TTS, and you have tried all of the
fixes that people have found works for them and you do not have a Windows XP
recovery disk. Truthfully you are the first person that I have heard of that
could not get the Microsoft sapi5 text to speech engine fixed. Really a bummer
man.
