Hi, that is how the story mode works in Tekken Dark Resurrection as well. Unfortunately like Thomas I will not be getting a ps3 anytime soon. Have other things to do withthree or four hundred bucks these days. If I find a ps2 real cheap I may pick that up as many folks on here seem to have had good luck with it.
