I wonder if he could add that walkthrough to his "fantastic games" collection.
He'll have "four" of them if he adds that one!

We installed JFW on the new Vista computer then Installed several games.
Super Egg Hunt, version 1.1.
Bop It Ultimate, version 1.1.
SuperDog's Bone Hunt, version 1.1.
Jim Kitchen's WinLife3.
Trying to play them gave the same message:
Project1
Run-time error '429':
ActiveX component can't create object

We checked and DirectX 10 was updated and installed.
We even installed the last DirectX 9 with no help in playing the games.
Finally after ten hours of trying everything I could think of, with all hope
gone I took a chance and with my last ounce of strength, I installed,
Shades of Doom, version 1.2.
We used the default settings and put it into
C:\Program Files.
Suddenly, Angels started to sing and we danced around the computer room as
the game ran perfectly!
Then we tried all the other games and they all ran perfectly.
Hallelujah
David must have put every last VB6 library in that baby.
Now I can get on to the difficult task of importing Email, Address book and
DMA music onto the new computer.

Next we
