Thomas,
You could simply change the name of the game and any references to it and release it as freeware if possible. It's quite obvious to me that these people just wanted to sue someone and that all they probably did was read the game description on your site.

Hi Ann,
Oh, I totally understand that. Besides I'm not too conserned with product security now that I can't sell the game. Which is a bit of a sticky situation for me. It so happens I have a more stable upgraded version of that game here, but I am afraid to release it to the public. Part of my agreement with the copyright holders was that I would no longer offer downloads, stop all sales, etc for that game. Thus the beta I was going to release to the public never got released and is sitting on my backup drive taking up space. If it were up to me I'd just release it as freeware, but even that might get me in trouble. Although, I've changed web sites since then so maybe they think USA Games is closed. Who knows? Anyway, I have to think about rereleasing the game. There is a lot of legal issues attached to that game. So I really don't like sharing that game myself.

hi folks,

Well, I"m on the brink of a potential hard drive disaster. Yes, my old
hard drive may have crashed and burned on the very day I ordered a new
external drive. Now, what are the chances of that happening, just my luck.

Anyway, I know this is a total long shot, but on my old hard drive that
may be dead -- I won't know for sure until I get a SATA to USB2 adapter
to find out -- but on that drive I had all the releases of the old
Montezuma's Return game. Would anyone happen to still have a copy of it
somewhere, and could they upload that somewhere for me to download?
Thomas, I swear I'm not trying to steal your game. I'm just asking for a
copy of the last release of the game and not an illegal registration
code or anything?

Thanks in advance if anyone can help.

~Ann
