The emulator is mostly accessible, comes with your basic windows installer. I don't remember much about it since its been quite a while since I played with this site, but they keyboard layout was fairly smoothe, and there's plenty of old games to mess around with.

So how does the emulator work what do you have to do? Is it screen
reader friendly or do you have to get help to install it??

Sorry for the double post. One thing that's cool about console classix
is
that you can send in your cartridges if they don't have a game, and
they'll
actually do a full rom rip and post it up there. You probably won't get
your
cart back but I thought it was a neat feature. Leaves room for full
expansion. Oh, and here's the link:

Here's one you might be interested in. I'll just post the add below
rather
than describing it. Last time I checked the emulators were pretty
solidly
accessible, and all the games can be launched from the site.

Play thousands of classic console games on your PC! With Console
Classix,
you can enjoy the games of the past without the headache of hooking up

classic console after classic console to your TV! This means thousands
of
classic, retro, and nostalgic games at your fingertips rather than
wasting
away in your basement!

Console Classix is retro-gaming reborn! Sign-up now for a lite account

and
get COMPLETELY FREE access to hundreds of Nintendo (NES), Atari 2600
and
Colecovision games.

When you are ready, simply upgrade to a full membership and get
complete
access to our library of classic games for the Super Nintendo (SNES),
Sega
Genesis, Gameboy Color, Sega Game Gear and Sega Master System.

They aren't lying either, they really do have a gigantic collection of
games. Everything from the widely known games like TMNT and Zelda, to
obscure games like Little Ninja Bros (one of my personal favorites.) I

definitely recommend checking this one out.

Hi all

This inspired me to take a look for other such sites, and I've
discovered
*note* a legal online nintendo site.
http://www.virtualnes.com/
I haven't quite checked out the accessibility yet but it does seem
as
though it's cross platform as the news item I read spacifically
mentioned
the mac. I'm going to look further but thought someone might want to
reminisce on this one.

Hi all,
Two topics here.
First, I haven't had time, but if someone could try it and give us a
review
if the site or any games on it are accessible, remember the Sega
Megadrive?
Well, Sega has just launched a free site where you can play the old
games,
and, for a subscription, you have access to even more titles, like
Sonic,
etc.
www.playsega.com
I found my old Sega Megadrive. I'd love to get some more games for
it,
did
anyone of you guys have them and what games were accessible and did
you
guys
like to play? My friend and I have tried Mortal Combat 3 (remember
how
cool
it was that we thought it was great when it talked a bit?), Toughman
Boxing,
and WWF Arcade Game. Anyone remember the commentators and bringing
back
all
the nostalgia of wrestling 1995 with Doynk The Clown, Razor Ramon,
Brett
Heart and Yoko Zoona?
Ari
