No there isn't. The way it works is if your weapons are holstered pressing
the spacebar will randomly select a punch or kick. It will also randomly
generate the amount of damage done by that punch/kick. You'll be able to
hear the difference between a punch or kick by the sound when you hit the
enemies body. Kicks have a deeper contact sound than the punches. They
also do a little more damage than do punches.
