hmmm not sure. I know here openhost has been good for a few bucks not sure though. dropbox has some good rates, if you have a spare system you probably can have windows and dropbox can manage your files you have for bits and bobs. your website though would have to have loads of dropbox links to it and things. another thing you could try is publicftp.com used to be free but got bogged down. so they charge but thats basically an ftp and you pay a subscription. I think it supports domains to and you sertainly can shove a site on there.
