Only when I started learning. It didn't get me very far, because I always
knew what the opponent was planning. (grin) That's why I like playing
against a program when there is nobody around, and I'm in the mood for a
game of chess. I usually get beat, but I'm getting better.

I always use a chessboard and men adapted for use by blind players whether
I'm against a human or a program. No visualization of the board is
necessary because it's right there in front of you, under your fingers.
