In Soul Blade, I think the only people faster than him be Taki and Voldo-
Huang gets about same speed and moveset though- I always thought those two
were trained by the same master their fighting style so similar in Soul
Blade.
I've noticed that Mitsurugi got a speed reduction when I played SC3- in Soul
Blade, you can almost count his blade to slash out before the other person's
attack come out.
Lol and back then he had that move like Paul Phoenix in Tekken when he kicks
low and then attacks high- dirty surprise to throw into a fight. I didn't
see that move in SC3 version though.
