I also program like that, but sometimes a bug don't give an error. That is
where coding standards helps me to avoid some easy to make mistakes. and
save some time.

I debug as I go. That is I write a couple of lines of code or a new
section and I press the f5 key to test run the program. So I know right
away if the code was written and works the way that I wanted it to. That
is one reason that I like to work right in the VB6 IDE.
