Hi, No, not necessarily. Usually, in the Tomb Raider games if you get locked out of a room or something you can just walk back to the correct pressure switch, lever, whatever the case might be and repush it again. Then, run back to the door, statue, gate, etc and open it. It is usually a case of being locked out rather than locked in.
In the few caseswhere a door or something locks behind you it is an area of the level you never have to revisit anyway. So don't worry about being locked in. I wouldn't do that, and most of the Tomb Raider games never did that either. Cheers!
