Hi Charles, I said Microsoft Anna couldn't be grandma because it ships with SAPI 5.3 and 5.4 by default instead of Sam, Mary, and Mike which are older 5.1 voices. If you don't know what I'm talking about Microsoft Anna is the default voice for Windows Vista and Windows 7 which comes with SAPI 5.3 and 5.4.
