Hi Charles, Not a chance. Your best defense is to get the heck out of Sekhmet's way when she launches a fireball at you. Duck, hop left/right, or jump over it, but don't stand there and get roasted. I suppose if Angela really wanted to put that fireball out she might have to ask Harpy, the Nile Goddess, to hit Sekhmet with a deluge of water, but I doubt she'll help you out. :D
