Hi Ron, The correct website for NVDA is http://www.nvaccess.org and that's where you should get the latest releases from.
NVDA comes in two versions. There is a portable version designed to be installed on thumb drives, and there is the full setup. If you plan on installing and using NVDA you'll want the full setup. In addition there is a setup package for Eloquence on the Audiogames.net forum that works well. If you can't find the link for the download I'll go to the forum and see if I can find the Eloquence for NVDA setup package.
